Delivery Times
Parcel Post
Sending to NSW addresses:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office
Express Post
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.
Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
International Postage - If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you via Australia Post. You will pay the International Standard Post, or International Post Express rate at cost for your region, which will be calculated at checkout. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.
Delivery Times
Standard International is 6+ business days.
Express International is 2 to 4 days to metropolitan centres.
